SHIPPING:

We ship domestically via UPS and USPS. We ship internationally, to PO Boxes and APOs via USPS. Shipping rates are determined by weight of item(s) purchased. Please add items to cart and enter zip/postal code to see your shipping rates and choices. Please note, if you process your order with the incorrect shipping method selected (i.e. USPS First-Class mail for an international shipment), we reserve the to adjust shipping charges. Also, if your shipping costs are significantly more than actual cost, you will be credited for the difference.

At the checkout screen, you will be able to choose your shipping method. We aim to ship all items within 48 hours (Monday-Friday). All orders placed after 3 pm MST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. (Unless items are backordered - see below)

If items are out of stock, you will be notified via email. You may choose to have all items shipped together (i.e. wait until out of stock items arrive), or have items shipped as they arrive (may increase shipping costs).

RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Due to the nature of the products we sell, however, we are unable to accept returns on books, patterns, fabric, bundles, software, kits, and sale merchandise.

If you do need to return something, you must contact us prior to returning merchandise by calling 1.800.474.2665, or we will be unable to accept the return.

If you receive damaged merchandise, please call 1.800.474.2665 immediately.
